Hi, I’m Mark, Founder and President of Kaizen Leadership Solutions. Here is a bit about who I am and why I started Kaizen Leadership Solutions.
With 30+ years of military, government, and corporate experience, I have been in the leadership business since my professional beginning.
I have led and collaborated with both domestic and international teams, learned the importance of effective team communication, and developed a well-worn toolset for team building and leadership.
Education and real-world experiences have shaped my leadership mindset. I've been privileged to study at West Point, serve in positions of increased responsibilities, and been mentored by many of the top leadership minds serving in this field.
As a result of these formative experiences, I've added numerous tools to my leadership toolbox...and I want to share these with you! But I'm not done learning, and I hope you'll join me in this journey of continuous improvement.
