FAQ

Isn’t one year a long time for a professional development program?

Change takes time. In a sense, we are trying to turn a massive oil tanker and not a nimble fighter jet. This turn takes time and space.  Keep in mind your time investment into your professional development is only two hours per month!  You are worth it!

What if I need to miss a session?

While our sessions do build upon themselves, missing a session here or there because “life happens” or “meetings happen” is not going to affect your overall learning. Besides, we record each session so you have the opportunity to listen to the teaching as often as you would like. And finally, Mark is always available if you need additional time to enhance your understanding of the content.

I am a life-long learner—what if I crave even more learning?

Mark is passionate about your growth as a leader and we can certainly make arrangements for additional learning!

Will there be any homework?

Altitude Training is designed to be a stand-alone program.  We will teach you what you need to know during the sessions. That said, if you’re a life-long learner and are hungry for more, your one-year journey will give you access to bonus content.  This includes superb videos that will deepen your understanding of the concepts we present to you!
